Direction: Ljubljana – Maribor: Highway A1 LJ-MB, exit Maribor Jug, continue towards Maribor on the 430, follow the brown sign for botanic garden and turn left at the junction in Hoče (towards Areh, Pohorje).Take the second exit at the roundabout and then turn right and follow the brown sign with a flower. Less than a mile ahead is the enterance to the garden. There is free parking for garden visitors.

Direction Maribor and public transport – Coming from A1 highway from Maribor, take the exit Maribor Jug and follow the instructions above. Coming from Maribor on the 430, follow the brown sign for botanic garden and turn right at the junction in Hoče. Follow the instructions above. Take the city bus no.2 (direction Razvanje – Botanični vrt) from the center of Maribor and get off at the last station.
